Rent Collection

The fundamental part of renting out a property is ensuring that rent is collected correctly and on time. For landlords with busy schedules and lots of properties to look after, this is easier said than done. That’s why at Three Oaks Estates we do the collection for you. Either as a Rent Collection service or as part of our Full Property Management package, a member of our dedicated team will be on hand to collect rent when it’s due and chase up any delayed payment, eliminating the worry and hassle on your behalf. We are ARLA affiliated and monitored by The Property Ombudsman for your peace of mind. We guarantee that all rent collected will arrive in the landlord’s bank account within a nominated number of working days, and if there is a problem collecting rent for any reason we strive to deal with this in-house, keeping hassle and fuss to a minimum.
